CCEA SOT Election Transparency Report
The process for the SOT Election for the 2025-26 school year began with the nomination process on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2025, and continued through noon on September 16th, 2025.

The SOT Election started at 6:00 am on Wednesday, the 17th of September, and ended at noon on Monday, September 22nd, 2025. The new term begins October 1st, 2025, and will continue through September 30th, 2026.

There were 339 school sites that had SOT elections. Once the election ended, we confirmed the results and found there were 72 schools where we needed to have a run-off election for the educators who were tied with votes for the election.

The run-off election was held on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
All licensed seats were filled by the end of day on the 30th of September.
